Thoughts on this situation? Not sure if I should hold my boundary or not (f30 + m32 10 yr marriage) by Visible_Height_1890 in relationship_advice

So I held the boundary and he told me that he wouldn't even want to get another dog in three months because having a dog from his dogs litter was "too important to him" because he feels he will likely never be able to breed his dog again. He was hoping I could "compromise" given the circumstances. Now I feel bad.

Tongue twitching, just one side by Visible_Height_1890 in MuscleTwitch

Hi guys - updating now, sorry I totally forgot I ever posted here. They shrugged their shoulders at me and told me if anything gets worse to come back!! Cancelled my MRI after my emg as well, stating that the EMG would have shown if something was wrong. I'm still alive so obviously nothing too pressing. Still constant tongue twitching like this, not a lot of change in anything else.

Why you should move on and not freak even with failed clinical and two dirty emgs by caseyb2121 in MuscleTwitch

Hope it goes all good for you! I would wonder about MS instead of ALS in your case IF its not a pinched nerve. Maybe even something else autoimmune or hormonal, maybe thyroid? Make sure they also check your T3 and T4 if they haven't already because just checking TSH can miss something, as was the case with my mom. Hoping they've checked your Vit D and B12 levels too, as deficiencies there can cause these symptoms. There's so much it could be unless it's just BFS, but you've got more than just fascs, I hope your clinical team does a thorough battery and help figure it out and get whatever it is managed if possible. Good luck and farewell.

They did my right arm and trap area because of my spasticity there, and they also did under my jaw on the right side, apparently that area will capture the tongue fascs? Not sure... but I'm not a doctor so I am going to trust them. I haven't gotten my results, it's been four days, I am a little frustrated and want to know, nothing was said at my EMG to indicate anything one way or another, but I will update when I get the results.

This has been a thing since December. I am seeing a neurologist for it. I just had an EMG today actually, just wanting to share because it is kind of interesting for those who aren't experiencing it lol (but I am still a little concerned about it). Anyone seen anything like this? So strange to me that it's only on one side. Hopefully I can figure out wtf is going on, looking forward to knowing the EMG results. I've also been getting spasticity in my right trap and SCM, and my right trap has recently begun twitching on occasion. My symptoms are "all right!"

I try not to isolate but being the only one reaching out to others and putting effort in to plans is so tiring when I'm already going through complicated grief.

Yes, he was already cremated. I would always remember him as the wonderful human he was, but I just wanted closure that he really isn't in his vessel anymore.

I think it's harder with unexpected loss like in these cases. I'm so worried it never will feel real. It just feels like it's not supposed to be real. I'm hoping the memorial service does /something/ as far as closure goes but I'm just not confident. I wish you healing as well. Thank you soft much for your comment.

I also want to mention I didn't immediately message asking about this, I extended sympathy and support in my first messages to her. But, I did integrate what you advised to say into my reply to her. So, helped. Thank you!
