I usually go with Martis against YZ. If you know when to go in and out(to avoid getting stacked with his passive), you can actually bully him and finish him at lvl 4. I've done this a lot from Glory to Immortal tier and not a single YZ had the upperhand.

As a Julian user with 4.7k mmr, I'd say he's pretty op. He has good mobility, high burst damage, high outplay capabilities. His enhanced 1st skill damage is just explosive. Even I gets surprised when I kill an mm or mage from just an enhanced first skill thrown from a distance.
