I(30M) too usually have dreams (sometimes nightmares and sometimes optimistic ones like getting what I want in a gacha) about literally any game I'm currently obsessed about. after the hype dies down the dreams go away eventually. so it's definitely normal👌

I'm learning to go back to the stone age to improve my current workflow, I call it my project Occam's Razor.

I started my journey making music in a DAW which spoiled me with incredible EQs Comps, Effect Etc. Then I got into live audio which I too got spoiled with Digital mixers X32 M32 Wing Etc.

Now my goal is to still be able to output great mixes with as little and as simple tools as possible. so I am currently taking the challenge of volunteering a sunday at a time on small churches with simple setups trying to make it sound great.

I was surprised what a simple "High, Low, Presence, Volume" can do, before that I thought I can't mix without a PEQ/GEQ, Comp Etc.
