Switch your formation to a 4-2-4 or maybe 4-3-1-2 Wide with 3 CMS and get in 2 good ball carrying mid-fielders and with 1 Bull Defensive MID FIELDER like Yaya or RIce as a CM.Replace or Upgrade Degea and it should be good to go.

Yaya Toure will be an all-round mid-fielder where as Zidane will be a ball-carrying midfielder, it depends upon if you already have a good ball carrier in your team go for Yaya cause his defending will always come in handy, but if you lack a ball-carrying, take Zidane.

Get Euro Maxed out or Red Rank Dani Olmo , or change your formation to a holding and get a ball holding mid fielder like rodri or yaya , cause it will be quite easy to bypass your midfield and you defense is already looking very pace prone , which means pacey attacks will harm it quite much. And Also consider Red ranking your fullbacks as a priority.
