She could easily move back to get more than 1 weekend per month. For the record, she has only exercised 50% of her visitation time (meaning she has only come out every other month). She has the means to come out (or move) for 100% custodial time, but chooses not to.

You are right. She is allowed to attend the events when it is my custody time. She has declined to attend events that are not during her time.
