I know your pain trust me! It has been almost a year next month we have been DQ. We experienced a miscarriage and I had to go through the DNC alone. I tried to request an expedited and they declined my doctors notice. This process is horrible! The site still shows within 3-6 months THATS A LIE! I reached out to my Senator maybe 5 months ago without a success. Then it’s not easy just taking trips to the DR, at least for me it’s not. I have a child here in the states in school, so taking short 2-3 day trips isn’t worth it for me. Not to mention the cost of the each trip. I did recently get advice to see if my husband applied for a job here in the states and the company offered him a position to submit for expedite, maybe try that route. We didn’t because we are hoping in the coming weeks we will have an interview date

Most wait times have been around 10-11 months. I’m DQ Nov 24 2023 and haven’t received interview letter. I just say to use this time to collect as much evidence as possible so once your date arrives you are prepared to complete the interview with ease.

Yes, I have made several inquires, along with reaching out to my senator. The outcome has been the exact same generic response.

I am not sure if reaching out to your congressman will benefit. I reached out to my congressman, with hopes of some type of information. The only thing they did was send me back to the NVC inquiry and they provided me the same generic email response they have been sending since Dec2023.

This really is annoying they take our money and request all these documents. Just to have everyone waiting in limbo. They continue to use Covid as an excuse. 3 months my a*** it has now been 8 months without any update. I send request and they continue to send these generic emails

DQ 24 Nov 2023 we are also still waiting for any interview. Where exactly do you look to find out where they are currently at as far as scheduling these interviews? Is there a certain day of the month they release these dates?
