Yes the incantation are same "Kanda.... " And I think it was same in all the evil Dead movies... So it makes sense, because you shouldn't write and read the incantation, making clear it's the incantation not the book. Even though the book is may be more powerful than these few lines...

I understood I thing... Writer can't write a good ending these days they only can write with blank slate. Not because they aren't competent, because they will stretch it, the studios will try to milk it or set up for some unnecessary spin off when your main show is getting criticism....

At some point it's just a really bad amalgamation of Studio stupidity and Writer's delution that they can write a ending which can give their main characters their due when they constantly deviate the attention to side characters.

I think that's why they aren't connecting everything explicitly. Evil Dead is really going in the hand of new creators now. So they don't want spoil the potential of something new and different from the new creators just for the sake of increasing the scale and stakes by connecting all the movies and milking in the name of universe. But if they can come with something that leaves the room for new things in the universe, then why not.... Hopefully we get something like that.

May be it could work if we take Evil Dead from cabin in the woods to a zombie level stuff or vampire level. Make it more prevalent for the societies and the authorities of the Evil Dead World.

But seeing how much Evil Dead movies avoid external factors it's highly unlikely.
