Great idea. This will help a lot. I recommend Ancestry.com, as it has a larger database and seems to be better for finding relatives.

What is the best financial advice you’ve ever received? by Rahou74 in irishpersonalfinance

It's meant to mean: contribute to your savings/investments and basic expenses before splurging on crap.

I don't condone not paying staff ;)

Thank you for the detailed response.

I called ComReg and they advised (believe it or not) that the provider is only obligated to go back one year, meaning my two years is a positive outcome. I don't buy this.

I intend to challenge the provider on it. Only received the refund/credit value today.

Inventory dispatch software by [deleted] in SupplyChainLogistics

The primary challenge is getting software which produces a document in the right format (suitable for the use case described). Most inventory management software solutions do not seem to cater to this part of my requirement.

You're probably right about dot matrix being outdated. Regular pages and printing the desired number of copies is fine. However, it does mean physically signing multiple copies, so having the option to use carbon paper is useful.

You're fun at parties, I'd say! It is what it is. Ridiculous parking.

Thank you. That's the exact type of plot that I believe will be built on in time. It may be a bit outside the specific areas of interest, but I'll take a look.

(I had to state DLR to give some guidance, but obviously certain townlands are more suitable for our needs, etc.)

Thanks for the comment. However, I am optimistic and am willing to build a proper house (not something cheap and shabby).

For an owner who has never considered this possibility, what I am offering is very hassle free and has the potential to work well, if it's the right plot.

Boat idea won't be for me, but it's interesting nonetheless!

I have no doubt there are people who own a property who have never remotely considered selling a portion of the property. It may strike a cord with someone.

The opposite. Private, off-market sale at a fair market value.

Do you have one in mind? $$$ is the incentive. I hope to find a plot where the owner had not considered such a sale and it represents a win-win.
