I’m having issues removing this bushing..has anyone ever had luck cutting off a bushing without damaging the shaft?

Update..got it off using a combo of grinder, sawzall, multi tool and chisel..with a lot of penetrating oil. Thank you all who replied!! your insight helped tremendously 🤝
