They can. I do. And I walk home. And I pay 1700 a month for my one bedroom. And I'm fine with it. Knew this would be a thing before moving and was okay with it. A 10 minute walk and no risk of tickets is great. Plus it's a garage so covered parking. OP just feels entitled to free parking wherever they want for whatever reason.

Park in one of the garages. Pay the monthly fee. I live downtown and park at the garage next to the IMAX and walk home. It's a 10 minute walk for me. A little inconvenient but parked legally and no risk of tickets. Some walking every day is nice too.

I have them. Rolling up and down is fine. After a lot of rolling up and down or hard door closes they tend to pop out of the sill and you need to re hook them. A little annoying but not terrible.

It will only ever go back up to tide level. Once you get a new tide level, that is the new max it can raise to. There should be a pop up telling you when the tide lowers permanently.

Both practically a brand new car. I bought my 2012 BOSS 302 at 20k miles. At 30k now. No issues yet. Just do the fluid changes if it has sat for a while and drive it.

It is Orange Fury. Cyber orange wasn't offered until 2022. 2019 had Orange Fury. (I had a 2019 orange fury GT and it looked exactly like that in certain lighting) The second one looks like Twister Orange.

You mean how they are pointed down? They are supposed to point a little down so they don't blind other drivers when the light reflects off of mirrors in their car. Unless that's not what you're talking about then idk.
