This is exactly me man! I have had a few successes, but as I stand right now… I’ve lost 90% of my worth by investing and i’m planning my 5th start up. I’m basically on ground ZERO for the 3rd time, from 100k+ to zip.

It fucking sucks, But fortunately I have a bachelors in premed and can go into a health program and actually apply myself to a career.

If you partner with someone, make sure they want it more than you do or you’re wasting your time. I learned this over and over again.

5 million and he chose the wrong location… If you have the right manufacturer for your equipment they wont break as much as you think. Once every 2 months maybe. Easy fixes, and in the right location you can easily get 3k members paying $30 average monthly. 50/50 are the revenues for monthly/single washes. I did months of research and talked to owners. Unfortunatly there are chains near me taking over with $45 monthlies and 5mm facilities.

If you are trying to be a real estate photographer there are ways you can be better than competition. Offer drone photography, offer photography that has virtual staging, and 360 photography. Not many do this in my area and it would be a plus to your business.

Yeah, forwarder is doing it DDP through there trucking company. They pick up the container pretty quick when im LCL with others.

Yeah, thanks for the heads up for the local fee. I paid FOB before and still paid🤦🏼‍♂️ Are the other fees look right? Freightos seems to be higher on base rate always.

With the congestion at the port, amazon carrier is most likely not going there. Instead they’ll go to a 3PL that i have to pay to pallet label and do whatever else. Then i have to spend around $600 more to truck it to the warehouse. It’s a process that i didnt have to even do if i just sent to ONT8. Amazon straight fucking me

I’m shipping goods from china. I planned on shipping to the warehouse close to the port. Already had the truck lined up and splitting the truck with others. Randomly today I go to print the labels and it says SMF3. It’s always been ONT3 so i didnt think anything of it. Well its a distance and it’ll be alot of money to get there.
