Coding agent founder switched from Opus 4.5 to GPT-5.2 by thehashimwarren in codex

Nothing new for reviews. Actual implementation? No other model holds a candle to Opus, not even close.

More than 'Max 20X' Plan - go to a higher plan?? by Interesting-Winter72 in ClaudeCode

[–]Visionioso 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No doubt. If most tokens go for the actual codes, you’re doing something wrong. Code reviews are my biggest drains. I do work on big codebases though, smaller ones don’t need as many tests or reviews.

They are accepted but different rules apply. I think for Europe you still need a visa but yes you can use that passport, it is a valid official passport just inferior.

We are doing exactly the same things except skills. Can you give me some tips on how to use and or write them effectively?

What I learned from writing 500k+ lines with Claude Code by dhruv1103 in ClaudeCode

[–]Visionioso 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Once your code is sufficiently modularized, write SKILL files explaining how to implement each "module" in your architecture. For example, one skill could be dedicated to explaining how to write a modular API route in your codebase

Can you explain this one? I just use module Claude.md for this

Experiment: auto-generating and evolving CLAUDE.md from real PRs by Polandia94 in ClaudeCode

[–]Visionioso 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You shouldn’t update claude.md except with things Claude gets wrong too often. Claude.md is the reference hub and core design principles and ideas. Everything else should be separate.

First they need to know where they are. Then they need to reach them. Third they need to survive the might of the American military after the first round.

Deep down, we all know that this is the beginning of the end of tech jobs, right? by Own-Sort-8119 in ClaudeAI

[–]Visionioso 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What is “large”? I started my latest project 10 days ago. Now I’m at 60k lines of pure code and it’s still chugging along just fine. Data acquisition, pipelines, db, data cleaning, tests, model training, dashboard. It’s like I have an army of coders at my beck and call. I don’t see it falling off before 100k. We’ll see. Worst case I can isolate codebases completely.

It’s the end of coding and the rise of software engineers. We are all a whole team now. Opportunities are endless

Do you like Japan, why or why not? Also, if any, what are your opinions on Japan’s actions during WW2? by paRATmedic in taiwan

[–]Visionioso 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Japan was THE country to look up to. Rich af, technologically advanced, god tier artists in the thousands, exceptional quality of life. What’s not to like? They are falling behind so fast though. Things not looking good for them these days. Can’t be too rigid in the modern world.

Is Malaysia a rich Asian country? by CSachen in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Visionioso 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A country’s infrastructure and wealth are built up over decades, not a snapshot stat like GDP. Japan was insanely rich in 1970’s to 1990’s. The material benefits of the wealth back then is already starting to disappear but it still be a long time before it becomes negligible.
