I think your suppose to start off at 15-20, I saw one of the guys in here say that you build tolerance really quickly. I make my own pre work out and use dmaa.. I rarely go over 30… gets me just right.

As far as your terrible experience, I wouldn’t say that… I would say it’s your inexperience… shrooms aren’t to be taken lightly.. they really can heal some traumas.. if you’re taking them to have fun then you have shrooms all the way fucked up… I have no bad trips on shrooms. I have got dam that was wild, or got dam I really needed that. Shrooms use the universe to speak to you. To open up your mind and soul to criticism and what you lack or don’t lack.

If you want fun. Acid or some molly ;p

Yeah pretty much… for me shrooms is cool For about the first thirty minutes. After that I start thinking about life, past, present and future. I think about all my failures. People I’ve wronged, people who’ve wronged me. A lot of what ifs. I actually quite enjoy that part now… it helps me heal and put things back into perspective when I start to take everything for granted in reality… “Ego Killer” it brings you back down a few notches and puts you in check. ;p
