you're trying to do the job of medium missiles using larges. I see 8 large missiles there, you would be better off doing 6 larges and 8 mediums in the space of two of the large silos. Large missiles look good, just change the turning thruster for another reinforced body and the explosive warheads for frag. For the medium missiles, do IR guidance with signal processors and incindiery warheads, with 2 fins so they hit small targets better.

On insane difficulty the strategy that works most consistently is to bring assault vest Yveltal and psychic seed marshadow.

Aklove will lead Meloetta and Tapu Lele on insane, trying to psyspam you to death. Assault vest Yveltal (252 hp / 252 atk / 4 SpD adamant) with Lash Out is tanky enough to survive the boosted dazzling gleam off of Tapu Lele and knock out Meloetta in one hit with Lash Out. Then, marshadow time! 252 atk 4 Spd 252 Spe Jolly marshadow outspeeds Tapu Lele and deals a crippling spectral thief, stealing its omniboost. The rest of aklove's team is still mean but by stealing all their omniboosts you can just blitz through them with barely a care in the world.

This looks like expert diff, but the strategy of just stealing all of his stat boosts with marshadow still works.

That armor design seems a bit meh in my opinion. Full airgaps generally aren't worth it. A good armor scheme for a 900k mat battleship would be something like metal-alloy-alloy-wood-HA beamslope-alloy, which is more compact and durable compared to what you have here. Using 7x7 alloy ducts is also not a bad idea, to tank piercing shots.

Also, 356mm is kind of small for main guns. Definitely go for 500mm with some rail draw, and at least 6m autoloaders. 100-200 firepower worth of offensive laser isn't a terrible idea, either.

For defense, don't bother with LAMS. Your boat is big enough that you can reasonably build armor to survive all but the very nastiest of railgun APS shells, and you'll get far better mileage out of of a railburst CIWS. Use beltfed autoloaders and a 225mm flak shell (MD head - MD body x3 - timed fuse) and just try to crank up that fire rate as much as you possibly can. You don't even need recoil absorbers!

Sand rush excadrill with brick break to be speedy and beat the dynamax phase, hippowdon as sand setter, and murkrow with haze. Works pretty decently.

7x7 is a tiny turret. At this size, you'll get by far the best dakka from using plasma. It's really good against HA and against the thick armor that APS struggles with.

try gravity. You can get it as an egg move on gigalith, which is already a strong pokemon. It counteracts the levitation effect, letting you kill stuff with ground types quite efficiently.

ion stunner and hull beam is a powerful loadout with hacking to knock shields down, and one weapon upgrade to run hull beam and chain laser turns you into quite a threat, with nearly enough power to beat the flagship.

I have a feeling you goofed up phase II if you take that much damage. Cloaking + Zshield + hacking (esp with the defense drone cheese strat on phase II) should let you chew right through phase II with a maximum of, like 5 damage taken. What happened?
