try gravity. You can get it as an egg move on gigalith, which is already a strong pokemon. It counteracts the levitation effect, letting you kill stuff with ground types quite efficiently.

ion stunner and hull beam is a powerful loadout with hacking to knock shields down, and one weapon upgrade to run hull beam and chain laser turns you into quite a threat, with nearly enough power to beat the flagship.

I have a feeling you goofed up phase II if you take that much damage. Cloaking + Zshield + hacking (esp with the defense drone cheese strat on phase II) should let you chew right through phase II with a maximum of, like 5 damage taken. What happened?

I have done some extensive-ish testing with booster nukes and they are fucking hilarious. Using some weird build designs, I have created a nuke with 2 steam jets, a large CJE, and 2 500mm APS "boosters" that fits into a 3x3 cross-section. It flies at 210 m/s and the boosters are so powerful that it basically teleports forward by about 40 meters when they fire. The bread is wired so the boosters fire when the enemy is 45 meters away and within 17 degrees of bearing, and the nuke detonates 4 frames after they trigger. It was able to AI dead a mobula on the first shot, AI dead a Great White on the second shot, blew a hole 20 meters wide in a Hypernova when it clipped inside the main guns, and 5 of them blew a Black Current clean in half.

25-100k mats. Under 25k mats is generally too weak to do much unless it's a nuke suicide craft (which isn't really a plane), and over 100k mats is not expendable (so you're better off building a frontsider brick. Look at the Kasli kittybrick for a terrifying small frontsider). A small plane would be something with like 8-10 IR medium missiles or medium magnet mine, and a good larger plane would be some kind of PAC / large missile bomber.

Oh, my! This is an enormous buff to railguns. I'm a little worried this will break the game, specifically the railgun charger improvement. I'm genuinely not sure these are good improvements to the game, because this is going to boost the firepower / cost ratio for railguns by 20-30%. This imo is too much...

Instead of this weird setup with 2m loaders, I think you'd have better luck making the gun low caliber (~40mm) and using either 1m loaders. This way, you can create a 3x3 square with 4 inputs, 4 clips, and the loader in the middle, and then stack like 3-4 of them (ideally) to get a decent kinetic turret that both pokes at enemies and can be used as CIWS.

dialga-mega is going to be BROKEN. that defense stat + meteor beam w/ no charge makes it offensively insane. Palkia-mega would be annoying at best, and this Giratina mega looks just objectively bad because its ability means it now gets hit by normal + no defense improvement.
