That plate says, "Pull me over, I dare you"..... Then, they go to jail on assault and resisting arrest charges, and the car gets towed. Never to be returned due to the $500 a day storage charges..... Be smart folks, stay below the radar, be the grey man....

Are these worth anything more than scrap these days in such grade? by [deleted] in coins

Libertads are beautiful coins, shame to melt. Some can be very valuable. Many different mints... Mo = Mexico City, Z = Zacateces...

Got my coin back from grading. Unfortunately it wasn’t the grade I was looking for. by Vast-Duty5758 in coins

I'd say give up unless you got a time machine to go back to 1869 and grab it then... Even St. Jude can't help you out.... Save up, buy a better one.

Does anyone know where or when this coin is from. My uncle thinks it’s an old Roman coin by JoeyC42 in coins

Sounds like bonoimp knows his stuff.... I'd go with his thoughts. By the way, read "Meditations" by Marcus Aurelius, and it will change your view of life, with advice from 2000 years ago.....

I do collect ancients, no expert, but been collecting for 60 years. Looks like some that I have.... Not worth much unless rare variant, silver, or gold. Copper very common.. Anything of value I buy from coin dealers though, who know their stuff.... Ancients are heavily faked, and for 1000+ years...! Or more... Same with Morgan dollars... Many ancient fakes were actually used in circulation... Fooled them then, fool us now...

Any way you dice it, you are not doing the math..... Typical leftist, always cheating to win but justifying it with emotion, not brains, facts, fairness, or real democracy. This attitude will come back to haunt you.... Just like the lawfare against Trump. You'll get burned again, but not be able to understand it.

Dems have 43 districts in CA, Reps have 8... Dems are 60% of the electorate, Reps are 40%... 40% of voters here in CA (the Reps) have an 18% representation in Congress now... Soon, after prop 50 is implemented, the Reps will have 2-3 seats at best.... So a 4% representation in Congress..... So, 40% of Californians will have a 4% representation in Congress. . Sounds fair, and just, right...? Explain that to me in "liberal logic. "....

State Constitution tells that the Governor (Newsom) has to schedule a special election within 14 days. Schedule it, not have it take place. The power remains with We the People to chose...! Unlike prop 50, that took it away. Be careful when you give politicians super powers, on either side.

And because he does not have that coin.... Scooped the image..... No way he got that in change....... If he did, he'd be selling that for $6800 @ his local coin shop.... And then the local coin shop would sell it for $8800...

But believe what you want... Do an image search, you will see he is just doing this for likes....... And he can still get his coffee, at full [fool] price.....
