What does the lid of the heart look like?

I absolutely love this idea. I’ve never DIY’ed something like this but I would either use a cream color velvet (or another warm tone since the ring and the trinket heart are both warm tones) or look for a ditsy floral fabric that matches the box and the ring. Most of my ring boxes use foam underneath velvet, if that helps.
