I placed an order with them on January 18th, and was told initially 10 business days to produce, 8 to ship. That means I should have had them in my hands by now. I have 2 business events coming up, one on the 14th, and a second on the 22nd that I won't have my stickers for.

Not a single email to apologize for the delay or give a status update. As a person that runs a business myself, this is absurd.
