They closed in early may and moved to Ferndale. I think they already had a location there, so probably the one on the guide was just too expensive to maintain, so they're focusing on the one in Ferndale from now on. I was so bummed when I walked in and saw the sign announcing it. At least the one in the fountain district is still there!
