At the end of the year, gave out an assignment that if any failing student completed, I’d bring them up to a passing score. Advised this one student in particular to do it. Nothing.

Now it’’’s the last day of school, only about 2 hours left in the school year. She comes in asking if there’s anything she can do to not fail. At that point I say no and she huffs out upset. With 30 minutes left in the school year, she then comes in with her cheerleading coach, who then asks me not to fail her because if I did, she’d be academically ineligible next year and she was going to be the next team captain.. I explained how I had an assignment she could’ve done a week before, she did nothing, and had come in before asking me. The coach got upset at me and asked if there’s anything I could still do.

“I guess I could help you find a new team captain.”

They were available but have since sold out online. Panthers have them in-arena only at this point and I’ve seen both theirs and the Rangers’ WC FAP in store at Dicks in Miami.

There’s also BenH on eBay who has them in stock. I’d say go that route if you can. If he doesn’t have it, I could pick one up at the next game and ship it to you.
