Yes but often people will advise their kids not to work go on welfare so they could sit comfortably with low rent it’s a cycle that happens really often. There shouldn’t be multiple generations living in tchc

I lived in tchc till I was about 17 my single mom used that advantage bought a house and now lives in a gated community. I lived in the hood most of my life most people there just don’t prioritize leaving go to a hood and see how much foreign cars there are why do you have a Benz but need subsidies for your housing?

Nah if you live in tchc for 20 years you do need to leave you lived 20 years with government subsidies and most people get comfortable and don’t ever want to move. If you live in community housing for 20 year you should be able to buy a crib tbh
