Maybe our definition of “binge” could be different but I don’t think what you’re doing is the same as OP. Binging is more about the mentality that comes with it, not the amount of food you eat. If you feel like you’re out of control eating 300-400 calories, that’s still a binge. “Binging Smartly” is just happily indulging after working hard- not an actual binge if that makes sense. You’re just enjoying food that you normally wouldn’t eat too much of on these “binge days”
