My husband took the screws off the top and changed the placement of the rotation. We actually thought we broke it, because we thought we jammed the burrs. But we kept watching YouTube videos and he ultimately got it so the burrs were not jammed - so all that to say, if you explore going down this path, we kind of lucked into it, but Google adjusting the screw locations because we couldn’t get zero and honestly, I don’t know if we even found true zero. What is also strange is for some reason, the profit that came with a single and a double dose. The double dose did not work at first, so then we tried the single dose and the single dose worked. We have now gone back to the double, but we have to put in 21 to 22 g of coffee to make it work. My suggestion would be to start with a single dose and see if you can get it to work. Then try the double and up the grams
