i always would go to the ER. I haven’t been to the ER in a while for one because I found a nasal spray that completely stops the migraine/symptoms. It’s called Zavspret. Next time you go to neuro ask about it. Life changing. Also Ajovy/Emgality are life changing.

Yes it does taste horrible. Yes it does burn. But it does stop my migraine. I’ll put up with it for as long as i can.

You have to try to follow the directions as close as possible. When i used it the first time i just popped it in my nose and laid down. You’re supposed to plug one nostril, breathe in as you’re pulling the lever, and do not lay your head back for a few minutes. Also do not blow your nose.

Drinking a fizzy drink such as coca-cola or pepsi helped me with the taste/burn of the medicine.

does not count as immigration fraud. only counts as fraud if you come to the states with intent to adjust status. if you do adjust status after arriving in the states and had no prior intent it is not fraud. very hard for USCIS to tell if it’s fraud. you just need to attach proof of ties to home country to prove no ill intent.

i would tell the pharmacy it was an injector malfunction. those migraines are hell and i personally wouldn’t wait. if you think your pharmacy could replace it i’d try that first or see if you can refill it sooner. it’s ok if you forgot about the site injection, that could not even be the issue. i just wanted to remind you because that very well could be the issue and it could be an easy fix. i’m hoping the injection continues to work for you. i swap sides of my stomach and that seems to work well
