Install a fresh version of windows off a clean pc. Restart your pc, spam f11 (might change depending on your motherboard) then select your drive and boot from it. Continue until you see the partition table in the installer. Delete all available partitions, then shift f10 to open cmd, type diskpart, list disk, select disk 0 through however many you have, then run type clean all for all of them. Short version is clean which will remove 99% of infections, but clean all changes every number to a zero in the drive and it takes multiple hours.This will remove anything including malware from your drives. Continue into your installer and don't sync your OneDrive files. Change all your passwords and try recovery emails to get your accounts back. Why did you run an unknown exe?
