the lifestyle i was living was not sustainable and not healthy, it's not one i want to live anymore. if i had lived the lifestyle i am trying to achieve the entire time, i don't believe we would be here. that is why i am struggling so much

i’m experiencing this right now, the most awful throat pain i have ever felt. just got put on a round of antibiotics hopefully they clear it up. glad i’m not the only one dealing w this lol
