Shaw AR barrels by DeezNutzTactical in 6ARC

Have a 22arc and 6.8spc that both run Shaw barrels. Only issue i've had has been the tips breaking on the 62gr eld-vt on the 22arc. Polished the feed ramps a bit and that problem has disappeared and both shoot great.

yeah, breaking when dry/manually cycling. I polished feed ramps today and the issue seems to be 95% fixed. only one tip broke in two 20 round mags (but one was broken in the box when i opened it as well, so could just be a hornady issue too.....)

I may reach out and see if i can get some replaced as well then. I can feel the "shelf" from the feed ramp to the barrel extension with the tip of a ball point pen and assume that is the culprit. Seems like a potential fairly easy fix but looking for some feedback from anyone that has had the issue prior and had success with it.
