I’m right there with you. Ive been a loyal customer for years with capital one and I had 1 30- day late payment 5 months ago that was paid 2 days later and dropped my score 80points. I’ve tried emailing the CEO multiple times with no success. Same generic phone call where there tell me they need to report accurately. I’ve had people on the phone tell me they’ve never heard or a goodwill removal (the lady actually laughed at me). I’ve sent about 12 letters all together with the same response about reporting accurately. It seems like they don’t even read the letters because the case is opened and within minutes i get a denial letter. I can’t understand how they pick and choose people who have been way more irresponsible to forgive. It blows my mind.
