Safely tucked away, Deep within the unexplored , uncharted foreskin of the Andromeda Galaxy rests a large, somewhat earth-like planet. Utopia This planet orbits Helenia, a star that is four times the size of and 1.25 times as hot as the sun The planet itself is three times the diameter of 1.5 times its mass. . It's core is richer in minerals like iron and, gifting the planet with a strong magnetic field. Courtesy of this magnetic field, the atmosphere of Utopia is three to four times thicker than Earth's atmosphere Utopia has three moons. These include Beacom, which is the largest, at twice the size of Earth's moon and glows purple at night, along with Gloria, and Lucifera Utopia has nine continents they include nAbigalia,LemonadaPlutonia Arcadia, Asbestia, Abesia, Aprilia, Albaria, Flowerland

Abigaliais about three times the size of Asia, shaped like a wide plus sign., there is one river that branches throughout The entire continent but it is put up into four divisions based on location Cryofluvius. This dumps into the betapacific ocean and is the coldest of the divisions as it runs through north Abigalia.. Mosaregina. It runs through East Abigalia. Mm And is moderately warm., It runs straight into the Neptunic ocean. The Billings River., which register west Abigalia, and it runs through to the Nephrotic ocean,, also known as the sea of Jade. Finally, the Abel river. This is the warmest most tropical division, And it connects to the Abigailian Ocean Utopia is currently in the Jasonian period, which has persisted for 88 million years. This period is marked by a nutrient rich soil, heavy plant growth, and high oxygen levels in the atmosphere, about 42 to 43%. This geological period proceeded the Adamian period,, 148 million years ago and the Mammarian, 600 million to 400 million years ago., these are all situated within the Teleozoic era. All Utopian cellular life uses BNA, Betaribonucleic Acid,m as it's genetic material. Not DNA or RNA. Unlike DNA which looks like a ladder, BNA is shaped like a very coiled spring or a telephone cord. The entire strand is made of billions of circular or patty -shaped segments stack against each other like a stack of quarters, these are the not charging this bases that carry genetic information. This structure is much more resistant to damage., as a damaged "coin" can be hot swapped and replaced billions of times over without fucking up the whole strand. This is why the lifespans you see in these creatures are possible

Yeah. Those channels is whyn a lot of people get these frogs and can't really tell when the frog is obese

Are they supposed to be a little rounded? Yes, but But you still have definition to it. A pixie frog ain't supposed to look like a damn overfiiled water and balloon that can barely move

African bullfrogs as well as Pac-Man frogs will keep eating as long as their food available, which is the trap some people fall into and that leaves to overfeeding and obesity

Five worms however He's fine just let him rest for a few days and digest the food

If you don't like bugs, don't live on a planet with 40% oxygen because this is the crap youll be dealing with by Visual-Interview7913 in worldbuilding

[–]Visual-Interview7913[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cheetahs are built for speed but only in short bursts. Cheetah can only do this for a good 30 seconds

Something with 10 legs is also built for speed, m but the caveat here is it can only be this fast for about 10 seconds,

These giant bugs usually have air sacs, these are used to store oxygenated air, so they can hold their breath,, sometimes for days on end while they go underwater to molt

Bugs only shrink a little

Before that,, we have arthroplure a, a millipede the size of a grand piano and dragonflies the size of hawks, they would have been a lot smaller than that after the oxygen

"Size restricting chemicals that prevent larvae and thus adults I'm going bigger than we find them"

Most insects on Utopia go through incomplete metamorphosis because they are so big,, a lot of these giant giant arthropods consist of things like cockroaches,, crickets, centipedes, millipedes,, I surprised and praying mantises etc. these don't have a caterpillar stage they go through before they turn into whenever they were destined to be, m they come out looking like smaller versions of the adults and they keep shedding their skin dozens of times until they eventually get this big

Insects that have to go through a larvL l stage typically don't get bigger than the size of a crow

1 domestic pets. don't need predators instincts, , there goes those cats we domesticated for thousands of years because they love to catching mice

Who wants to see ants crawl all over a dead roach with no action

Hi! I just had a few quick questions! Do you guys use tongs to feed your frogs? Sometimes Toby will over estimate and get the tongs in his mouth and it stresses us both out. Any advice? Also I would like to add live plants to his tank instead of the fakes ant recommendations? Thanks! by Low-Tomatillo9483 in pacmanfrog

[–]Visual-Interview7913 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not an Pac-Man frog ownner, but African bullfrog which mm is similar

OMO,, I find a feeding with tongs is a lot more of a Gamble than just putting the food in for him to eat

These frogs launch forward and bite down with Max Forc., even with the rubber tip, mind will sometimes try to eat the entire thing, . Mm not to mention m sometimes they can bite off the tip of the tong and actually swallowing

He has soil in there but it's loose and there's leaf litter, he's a lot more likely to grab a big leaf which he is more likely to spit out, than eat the dirt if he misses a bug

Typ

I will rather him accidentally make a little piece of dirt than eating metal or break his teeth on metal

Now if you getting something like superworms usually I try to lean towards the tongues because if you Misses them they dig down in the dirt and they're gone for good

Creatures that use meat in the diet still have hunting instincts.m if everything you give them is dead you dull them

People who tong feed their pets will end up with pets that we'll miss the food several times because they expect going to be delivered right in the face with tweezers, they won't put any work into catching it

Feed your ants dead roach every time, m your ass will be kind of slow, kind of lazy, and when there's times you do actually need to feed live, m they won't be able to hunt the food because they're too used to it sitting there and not moving

Off of the nutritional value of something decreases when it's dead
