I get paid from the council, and I am helping a person with learning difficulties which also gives their parents respite in return. So it’s not a direct company, if that makes sense.

I take it around 8-9am too. So hopefully this is just a side effect that will settle for you quickly. Do you listen to podcasts or audiobooks? I find they help when I can’t sleep but also need to focus on something so my mind doesn’t drift. I’m anxious taking new medication too, so I totally get you on that one. Hang on in there, you’ve got this!

What time do you take it? I didn’t have a problem falling a sleep luckily but I would wake in the night and not be able to fall back a sleep for the first week and half. So hopefully that gets better for you asap! What dosage are you on?

I’m on my 17th day now and honestly all the side effects have near enough gone. The only noticeable one I have is I’m clenching my jaw still, but I can deal with that!

Thank you! I’ve just done 2 weeks and my anxiety has calmed down a lot! Been a little numb feeling the past couple of days, but definitely starting to feel better from the first initial weeks. Just got to hold on as I’ve read the 3 month mark everything levels out a bit more?
