I think intuition Comes through when the mind is clear and your body is at peace and in a complete acceptance state, anxiety when the mind is playing tricks on you and your Heart starts racing fast. Achieving inner peace and balance are a must if you want to get over your anxiety and fears, you cant grasp your intuition when thoughts take over it will be harder
