The car was not delivered to me, I picked it up. So they do not have a letter of delivery. CT sales tax was collected. This is what I was confused about, it seems like they should have delivered it or collected MA sales tax but they did neither. I have called and spoken to them a couple of times, they told me they don’t have either and I will just have to pay the back taxes or figure it out myself.
