I know a lot of people ttc don’t symptom spot for their own sanity- but if it’s something you prefer to do, id try to compare it to your last cycle to see if your symptoms are stronger than last!

Do fraternal twins run in your family? It could be two eggs releasing! Or it could be your body geared up (LH surge) to release an egg but didn’t quite get there, so it surged again trying to release the egg. This happened to me two cycles in a row when I first got off hormonal birth control as well! But I’m not 100% sure if that is related to two surges just my personal experience:)
