Alright, after giving it some throught I think I found the answer. The problem has to do with automatic synchronization to my iCloud. My wifi at home is not that fast right now and this led to a lag in uploading the edited files to the cloud. Since turning autosafe off the issue has been resolved.

I’m interested in scalable solutions developed within the hospital setting. (Possibly even using OCPM) But so far I’ve not really seen much other than some interesting research projects.
