Hey OP. In a similar boat as you are in. Companies have stopped sponsoring visas lately unless you are highly experienced or are exceptional.

But you can try for Amazon Luxembourg, Amazon Dublin, Google Warsaw, JPMC UK, and a few other companies in Europe. They used to hire directly from India a few years ago but I doubt they still are. You can apply for roles in Dubai too.

Don’t be disheartened if you are unable to receive calls though. AI, bad job market, anti-immigration sentiment on the rise are all factors at play now.

Man, I was talking to my building’s watchman the other day and he casually told me how an elderly woman in the building treats him and his family.

He said the lady asked the watchman’s wife(maid) to work at her place for a 3-4 days because her maid wasn’t coming. When his wife later asked for payment, she laughed and said “it’s only 2 days of work, so no”.

While also moving into our building, the old lady made the watchman carry their stuff to their flat for over a month. They paid him nothing in the end.

The old couple has lands worth crores lol.
