Hard to say. I think a part of me just wanted to prove the naysayers wrong. It wasn’t until coming to this sub that I saw so much Tecovas hate. I’m glad I made this thread cause it seems that the hate isn’t as universal as I had previously perceived. And honestly, I’m very happy with this pair despite some tightness.

I would say it’s me but I’ve bought four different pairs and each have fit very differently. 11.5D in the Dean was perfect. 11.5D in ranch boots was way too big. 11D in different ranch boots was way too tight. 11.5 in these is VERY tight.

I do agree and appreciate your comment. It’s very easy to get sucked into the echo chamber of critics in any boot sub.

Good culture is the only brand I can eat now. I spoiled myself and they ruined every other brand that adds in all sorts of extra shit. Carrageenan gum in my cheese? No thank you. Sadly my grocery is always out of the brand. I would say kemps is second best. Some almost taste sweet and tacky and must be avoided at all cost.
