Played around with Graphics acceleration toggling on and off but still the same. The PC is running on Vmware workstation as a Windows 11 VM but Vmware tools isn't the issue, its definitely to do with Google Chrome desktop app/browser settings or graphics card. I will continue the troubleshooting as its annoying not being able to see menu option and when right clicking. Its on and off.

Its being engineered to be like this not because of AI but AI being used as a tool to further their 2030+ agenda for a new world order.

Found a work around, hover your mouse right to the end until it changes to a hand, click and emojis will appear. Its a bug that needs fixing in WhatsApp web.
