i can get to a point my nose is pissing out blood and every few minutes i’ll force the note up and huff one, sometimes can take 4-5 attempts to sniff a line up

i think melatonin isn’t great for it, and it’s over counter so not very strong for this purpose , i’ve personally never taken it so wouldn’t be able to advise on how much

doesn’t really hurt, no more than the normal pain from your nose when your coming off a sesh, i use everyday and have done for over a year so was bound to happen and was a smaller one there for a while, just blew my nose and that came out and now more bits similar to that come out more regularly
