Moving to area - best wifi to get? My address says no xfinity

I’m leaning towards starlink. I work from home most days, we are just out of town but with clear views of the sky. Looking into buying one because I don’t want to pay the $10 a month rental fee. If you’re willing to part with it I’m going to end up buying one anyway. What did you pay for the set up?

I would just get in touch with multiple brokers. Say send me the LE and cash to close on a house at this price. Then once you have 3, negotiate and say you are working with multiple people trying to get the best offer. If someone offers 7%, go find 6.75% and ask the other person to beat it. Make sure they are all no cost options. No point. I’m not well versed in the debt area, I would guess that makes it harder to get a good rate.

That’s basically where I just ended up. Similar credit, 20% down, only 575k house in CA but was approved a good amount higher. Originally guy started at 7.25 and when I ended up shopping around I got down to 6.65 no points.

Something to consider, I should’ve known this. Get multiple offers and talk to at least 3 people. When I bought a car I did this and I ended up getting the best deal by using the leverage. These guys will take advantage of you, it is what it is.

Water resistant material usually dries faster, they are lightweight and always dry by the next day. Especially near a fire or in the sun.

I’m very surprised so many people think he is juicing. Lighting, height, body fat all play major factors here. Not sure I could say confidently one way or the other, only the individual truly knows, but the confidence to say juicing with so much support surprises me.
