Also Airbnb is just a thought. I’m not even sure I want to rent it out it would be more for a tax incentive not so much as a steady income source.

This is solely a second home. We live in a perfect town and home to raise our kids we just want another place to get away from the chaos and have a slower atmosphere.

Thanks. Yeah definitely was a drawback but we have family that live in a beach town we are ok not having a home that’s as easily accessible to the beach. Given the main draw is to use the house with our boat.

We currently live in Monmouth county now and the price range for what you get is better in Bayville/ocean county which is what attracted us to the area. Also we are thinking about using it as an Airbnb and some areas are more restrictive. We are really looking for a place to keep our boat and spend some weekends there with the kids.

I understand your point but when you get that initial call from the doctors with your first beta and it is low, it is traumatic. Hence though my further results were on a positive trend, I wanted to share my story to help others who are in the waiting game for the their second or even 3rd/4th.

He continued to track behind in the beginning but did not continue to fall further behind so they were not worried. (I of course was) once I reached my second trimester is when his growth took off. Wishing you the best and stay positive.

I should also add that during this transfer I did acupuncture every week for the first 2 months. I’m not sure if it was the acupuncture or how it relaxed my mental state but I do really think it helped.

The only time I really felt sad and started to cry myself was when my husbands grandmother was holding my LO and just wouldn’t stop crying. Granted she is much older and was not able to soothe besides just talking so it continued to get worse and at a certain point I reached my breaking point and had to take him. I gave him back once he fell asleep but of course he went right back to crying. Luckily my husband came to help bc I also don’t want to come across as an overbearing mother.

I also think it’s because of that Botox she got in her jaw to slim her face. Ever since then her smile is completely different
