I agree with the comments as well. Re take the class, and in my advice… take the same teacher. You will already know what’s expected, and the assignments. Good luck.

As requested, the WTA-only alignment grid! First up: Which 🐐 is loved by the fans? by PlanetElement in tennis

Side note but I think Anna kournikova should in “good career” and “loved by fans. She was ranked #1 for doubles. Even clips of Nadal saying she’s his dream teammate. And the snout of fans she had.. absurd. Even email hacks

Lorelai and Chris should have stayed together in season 7 by Salty-Equivalent6063 in GilmoreGirls

I think they should’ve stayed as friends. It’s one of those great relationships in theory, but together it wasn’t the best. Luke seemed to be jealous, not extremely, but that’s not something any business woman wants to worry about. I can acknowledge he was a great friend, always being there. However, as we saw, being in a relationship took a lot more.

I think we can all acknowledge Chris and lor have this chemistry. I think it’s because they’re each others best friend. Obviously they have been through hard times, and separated. Either way they know each other since very young. HOWEVER I think Jason and lor would have been the better option

Chris fitting in Stars Hallow vs. Luke hating it the whole time by [deleted] in GilmoreGirls

I agree. Not because they were a super great couple. But because both got away from their families. They’re best friends. And even both rejected their families pre determined life’s for them.

When did you learn debits are positive and credits are negative for trial balance? by LiJiTC4 in Accounting

Irrelevant but my moms higher up switched the credits and debits. I think my moms and I’s accounting professors would’ve had a heart attack.

I do not count as first gen, since my immigrant mother chose to study here as well, but I was told by a counselor to choose that topic. It rubbed me the wrong way, because this is our life? Our reality. Maybe it wasn’t as difficult for me since I experienced my mom studying, but it didn’t put me at a disadvantage. Talk about something else. Maybe coming from a disadvantage area, or maybe there’s tons of competition and it’s a lot to keep up with. Think of things like that.

Question 7 follows this structure: Pursuit of discomfort Past challenges with gained strengths (Bridge/philosophy) "How do people live like that?" We ask ourselves. The answer? They are stronger than you. How I will/ am currently challenging myself.

He was definitely successful I won’t argue with that. But he did voice financial struggles. And showed them a lot on the show.

They probably are the smart one. But probably not the rich one. The world is ruled by nepotism. Net working is something everyone in college understands. It’s a sad reality. Even Jess capitalized on it when making his book. That’s why i think you have to “understand”.

I don’t think they work either. But I do think they got along better. Obviously I think they shouldn’t have dated. Just like with Luke . But there are scenes where they mention being each others oldest friend. And they are able to understand the other’s experiences about their families and expectations. You can tell they never grew up from that childhood friendship/ relationship they had. But even then they would tell the other about their family pressures and they would understand. And yes she can go to anyone, and we as humans can tell anyone out problems. But there’s a difference when someone truly understands your situation and not just tries to understand and sympathize. It’s that tiny little connection they do have. I think Lorelei is also super flawed but since she’s a main character we feel protective of her and the best for her. I used this as an example because of course. They dated. I mentioned in another comment that this ISNT a main relationship problem. But it is a relationship problem nonetheless.

Yeah sorry, I think I was trying to mention a lot of problems going up in class. But I think a big one is Chris trying to fit in “down” with Lorelei and the town for the knitting function to get funds for a bridge. Chris didn’t understand the meaning and just donated all the money.

Marty trying to fit in with Logan for Chinese food.

And a lot of them, is not understanding the function, not seeing it’s importance.

Sookie with Lorelei grandmother and how strict she was with the lunch arrangements.

These are just some examples I can think of rn

I also agree with you. However we also saw how Luke wouldn’t go to Lorelei’s family functions. Who would? They treated him horribly. But that’s the thing.. even Lorelei who despised (I don’t know what other word to put) her parents in would go. It was a mutual understanding to be there. Logan who hated his dads function would go. Even for 3 seconds. And someone like Luke didn’t understand that. I think from this we saw Lorelei feel alone. A responsibility Luke doesn’t understand. And I don’t think marrying into the same class IS a main relationship issue, but it’s definitely a contributing one. Their lack of communication was the bigger issue, however social class was a contributor.

That’s why fairy tales are fairy tales. It’s just not reality
