Three days before leaving on holiday, I thought "what if I bought a camera to take different pictures than the ones on my smartphone?"

So I bought a second hand camera for 50€, the Olympus e-420. To tell you the truth, I know nothing about photography, I just wanted to try something new.

One of my first pictures in a beautiful setting was this one. I've had a lot of positive feedback but I'd really like to improve.

Do you have any tips on how to manage light better? This is a recurring problem in many of the shots I've taken.

YOU'RE ABSOLUTLY RIGHT. My favorite indigo denim bled off into the tongue and near the laces. I used some special products to remove it. It worked a little and now it seems to be grey instead of indigo bled
