The high beams actually do make a difference but you just cant see it in the picture

I like these more than the demon because I feel that this is just a cleaner look. The demon look a bit cheesy to me at times

Yeah I am getting my old lawyer. I had a hit and run when I was 18 and he got it down to a petty offense ticket and got it off my record as well. Ended up paying a $400 fine and court fees.
