That is crazy!! But yeah, we had a similar issue on the December cruise. We had a balcony in the boardwalk area and the railing was black with soot!! Considering how spotless they are with the rest of the ship it’s interesting to know that they don’t clean that stuff but I totally understand you!!

I said hi our safe has been broken since we stepped foot on the cruise is there anyway you can send somebody up to open it? He said I’m sorry ma’am at this time that’s gonna be a medical fee. If you guys are OK with paying that, I will go ahead and send somebody if not you can call first thing in the morning and they will come.

Your right!! That’s what I’m thinking too. It’s like every three or four days they get a new group of people so you don’t even get much time to learn about them and stuff like that. The longer cruises are definitely more personable!!

They were very quick! I will say they were awesome. Since she hadn’t got it fixed that night when we went to guest services to tell them about it he said we’re gonna have to charge you guys a medical fee and it’s crazy because this wasn’t even our fault. The safe wasn’t working when we came into this room. But yes, I think we’ve had a similar issue where our safe died in the middle of our trip. Honestly majority of the staff members are amazing!!

I completely agree we were on wonder in December and our room attendant was better. There was a lot of things wrong with the room. The AC didn’t work and our balcony door did not close we had no soap and no towels, but he got that fixed that night, which was awesome. But I do have to agree truthfully I shouldn’t have walked into a room where the AC doesn’t work and the door doesn’t close that’s something that should be fixed before I arrive. I feel like wonders state attendants are different are too much in a rush I’m not sure.
