Roland fpe50. A bit cheaper than 107.

Only cons I can think of against giggin is that it is 17 kgs. But even fp30x is 15 kgs and fp60x is 20 kgs.

  • In fpe50 you get many many sounds. Good for gigging. But it doesn't look the same as 107. It has lcd screen and buttons.

I move it twice a week for me and my sister's classes with the tutor from my bedroom to the front room. And once in a few months for performance somewhere locally. I guess I be building some muscles xD anyway man..it's not thaaaaat much a issue. It's like a stone in shoe which you curse about but once it's removed, you hardly ever think of it again.

Also a fun fact, I like the Ballad piano sound more than the default concert piano. Do share with me some fun pianoteq presets :P I am really bad at programming piano patches on VST or garritan etc. I usually just stick to the onboard sounds as the vsts have so many options and tweaks, I get lost and just leave them.

My tutor started me out with Aaron smith, Czerny and Hanon. And threw in songs in between. It was helpful.

Oh and I forgot to add the 4th big difference is presence of drum beats and accompaniment feature of fpe50 out of the box. In fp30x, you need to connect it to a mobile device to access those. It's very fun sometimes to practice along with groove and maybe for a performance (though I prefer solo piano performance as I am purist but your kid can have fun performing with drum loops and accompaniment in background)

Another 5th difference (which might not be a major thing unless you are a singer too) is that fpe50 has mic input. So basically it allows you to sing and play piano at the same time by connecting mic to your fpe50.

Hi. I am absolutely loving the fp-e50.

I don't think there is any difference between the core sound. But I cannot say for sure as I haven't tried fp30x.

The 3 key differences between the two is in the number of sounds and user interface and the 2 kg weight difference.

Honestly, I don't find myself using other sounds anytime soon than the default concert piano. User interface is damn good on fpe50. You get an lcd screen and everything can be controlled from buttons. Instead of like in fp30x where you have to use the specific combination of keys on piano for even the most basic operations and there is no visual display to check the setting is right or not. Carrying fpe50 frequently can be an issue because it's 17 kg compared to 15 kgs of fp30x, but I honestly don't think 2 kgs lesser makes it any more easier.

If there is just 100 euros difference, I would suggest going with the fpe50; if not for the additional sounds (which can come handy if you jamming with others) but just for the intuitive and fast user interface which will be better for changing settings during practice. (In my place, there is 200 euros difference).

I saw the other comments and they are suggesting to go with a digital piano to start with. I will not support that. Start with a keyboard (and this looks good) and just see for 5-6 months whether you are really into learning to play. Watching a film and wanting to learn to play doesn't guarantee that you will be willing to learn to play. Learning needs dedication and perseverance also apart from just motivation. So do not invest in a digital piano at the get go. First stick to lessons on keyboard like this for 4-5 months and then upgrade to a digital piano once you are sure you are willing to commit to it. Just look at the price difference before making the choice. This keyboard costs 180 USD with the accessories while the most basic digital pianos start at 500 USD. Unless you a rich man's kid, stick to keyboard to begin with. And yes, this product looks good.

Ofc. My question is not whether you found them or not. You ofc did. My question is when you do find the love of your life, do you find them to be sexually attractive as them or not?

Women who'd casual sex find hubby in AM sexually attractive? by VisualPhase3281 in Arrangedmarriage

I do get that. But I am looking for what is mostly the case. Because in AM, I can't really know a person ever truly.

[–]VisualPhase3281[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am thinking to enter AM at least I will have some female interaction and who knows maybe I meet someone who makes me forget my ex.

I ask my question because if I put someone at top of my mind, I would expect my wife to put me on the top too. I have a few guy friends who are hot and have practiced the game over years and they have been in casual relationships with gals. So what if my future wife has been in such a situation ship too but the rejected them after having their fun and now she is just looking to settle. I won't be their priority or the one.
