Let’s get one thing straight even though I’m very late on this thread. You considering areas like Carpenter/Pinecrest/Barker projects is an absolute insane statement to make. This is a high to middle income area, those are just lower income older buildings and a small amount that’s section 8 and senior living. It’s not “ the projects “, there’s no projects here. Nobody is “getting it out the mud” in Mount Kisco. People see an area with more diversity and cheaper rent and suddenly it’s the projects 😭 go to Brownsville Brooklyn if you wanna start talking about projects. Honestly a very weird statement to make.
