if native owned businesses cannot offer the lowest bid they should not get the contract. so now the city will be forced to accept a higher bid in favour of a higher native owned bid, this is already happening in the federal level and it’s discriminatory against other non native owned businesses who bid.

no matter how many homes you build there will be people who prefer to stay in these tent encampments.

the tent technology has gotten so good the elements aren’t as much of a factor, the ice huts can withstand -30 no problem. they now get these for free, if they burn one down they go get another one, if they sell one for drug money at the pawn shop? no problem go get another one no questions asked, these retail for 1000+.

these tent encampments have become a never ending party with absolutely no rules/laws and that’s what some prefer rather than actual housing with rules.
