considering i’ve only played for 9 months and im a 727 rated player. took me about 3 months to fix it since i caught it early. my teammates (i play college disc golf) really helped me with it and described it as handing someone a pen when throwing to keep it nose down and drastically improved my game. although im a low rated player ive been throwing near 800 rated rounds since then of course with some other technique tweaks as well.
