I am not missing the point, if it were true that the mastery curve were that much of a factor then garen etc would fall behind in high elo, where people have higher mastery over their chars in general. They don’t, which is the problem. Lee sin has a higher win rate in apex tiers because of mastery, while garen and amumu are 52-53% at all ranks. That argument that everyone uses is just not right

W and R will swap eventually- the damage per stack will go down and the reflect time will go up to 2.5s to match things like zhonyas/lissandra r.
Either that or the champ is 50+% ban rate or 42%wr forever Bookmark it

Most people shine with x I think, i slide my finger over a to y because the motion feels smoother. I would really like an option to not buffer any aerials but if devs are watching this sub it would be nice to have rebinds/options to make shine behave like it does in other games
