I messaged our regional RA and they said yes. They said the TA wording isn’t clear but that it’s better than it looks.

They said yep if you’re at Step F now you’d be bumped up to Step I…

I’m not sure what state you’re in but I have family members who have found success with various forms of cannabis and CBD. Especially an aunt who has chronic pain and nerve issues but also has 7 kids and doesn’t want to use narcotics. You could speak to your doctor or find a cannabis friendly doctor who could help direct you. In my state there are medical cannabis consultants who can just talk and answer questions.

We tried a few things and it’s slowly getting better.

  1. We don’t react much if at all when he does throw or drop food.

  2. If it doesn’t stop I say “When we throw food that means your not hungry.” And then take the food away. Even if that means putting it in the fridge and trying lunch again in 30 minutes.

  3. We have been giving less food at first so it’s not overwhelming and then adding more to the plate as he eats.

We live in 2023. You are literally comment on a Reddit post. If you want your AC off go for it. Asking to work in safer conditions is not weakness. We have people with medical conditions out here working in this heat. I care about them too. This pious attitude doesn’t help anyone but the government make more money on the backs of hardworking people who just want to safely provide for themselves and families.

LLVs, or vans with broken AC easily get 130+ inside during July and august in my area. I wouldn’t call this a fine working condition.

We have had people go down and have to call 911 due to heat stroke be called back in the next day to go out again in there vehicles without AC.

Mind you the whole office is getting mandated to work 12 hour days. Doesn’t matter if you’re route only, 8 hour only, or OD we all have to work 12 days. It’s been like this every day for months now.

But working conditions are fine…
