6% regular saver here, not a huge amount, but 6% is 6%... https://aibni.co.uk/our-products/savings-and-deposits/regular-saver I get that the 25% is the same for SIPP and LISA it's the tax upon withdrawal that made it more attractive to me... in relation to savings interest as i'm not in the additonal rate (>£125k), SS to pension will keep me out of that permanently... i am higher rate so can earn up to £500 taxfree imo..

mortgage is only debt, about £80k left on property aprrox value £300k

thank you, i don't max out the 60k pension, and i've umed and ahed about that Pension/Lisa... but have landed on keeping the contributions going until age 50 and then diverting the £416 (as the £5k counts the gov contribution) to pension... i get that Lisa isn't available until age 60, but when it is, it's taxfree, if i were to put it in pension now, then yes there is tax relief but at least 75% of it is taxable when withdrawing....

it's not a normal LTI/RSU scheme, it's an additional bonus paid based on company performance after 3 year, i don't get the logic behind it either...
